Job Summary: We are looking for a Mass Hiring Recruiter to handle high-volume hiring. You will source, screen, and hire candidates quickly and efficiently. Strong communication and organizational skills are key for this role.
Responsibilities:
Handle large-scale recruitment from sourcing to hiring. Use job portals, social media, and referrals to find candidates. Work with hiring managers to understand job needs. Organize job fairs and recruitment events. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Ensure a smooth hiring experience for candidates. Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient hiring.
Requirements:
Experience in high-volume recruitment. Knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Familiarity with ATS and HR software. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
Preferred:
