Confider, a portfolio company of InVitro Capital, is an AI-driven marketplace SaaS platform designed to facilitate the buying and selling of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). As part of InVitro Capital’s portfolio, Confider aims to provide seamless, intuitive experiences for users, and the Marketing Specialist will play a key role in communicating the brand’s value and expanding its reach.
We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Marketing Specialist with a focus on social media to elevate Confider’s brand and expand our digital presence. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our social media channels, especially LinkedIn, crafting targeted content that speaks to our diverse audiences. You’ll develop and execute digital strategies to drive engagement and communicate our message with consistency and impact. This position is ideal for a creative marketer with strong planning skills, a knack for audience engagement, and a hands-on approach to building brand awareness and fostering community.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage content that resonates with Confider’s different audience groups, maintaining content calendars to keep messaging consistent and impactful.
  • Lead social media presence, focusing on LinkedIn; engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a strong online community.
  • Run digital campaigns, including social media ads, email marketing, and events, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Work with external vendors and agencies to align on campaign goals and brand messaging, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Monitor key metrics like engagement and reach; use insights to refine content and improve engagement across audience segments.
  • Ensure a unified brand voice across all content and channels, adapting messaging to suit different audiences.
  • Bring new ideas to boost engagement, using tools like Canva or Photoshop to create visually appealing, audience-specific content.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align on strategy, timing, and messaging for a cohesive brand presence.
