We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support our offline, online, and event marketing efforts. This role is responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns, supporting brand initiatives, and driving engagement across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies, excellent project management skills, and experience in coordinating events to elevate our brand and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute online marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising channels to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Analyze digital campaign performance using metrics and insights, making data-driven recommendations to optimize future efforts.
Support the planning and execution of offline marketing activities, such as print advertising, direct mail campaigns, and brochures.
Coordinate with designers and vendors to produce high-quality marketing collateral that aligns with brand standards.
Organize, coordinate, and execute corporate events, trade shows, and conferences to maximize brand exposure and build client relationships.
Handle event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
Work with the marketing team to develop event materials such as banners, booths, presentations, and promotional items.
Track event success through post-event analysis and identify opportunities for improvement in future events.
Qualifacation
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing, with exposure to digital marketing, offline channels, and event coordination.
Demonstrated experience managing marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing platforms.
Familiarity with CRM systems, SEO, and SEM practices is a plus.
Proven track record of organizing and executing successful events.
