EgyBell is hiring Supervisor for a leading Insurance company located in Mohandeseen.
Key Accountabilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that supports overall business objectives including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Oversee complex projects that may have several different departments working together for the final brand strategy. analyze data that comes in from market research and interpret that into a successful brand awareness strategy. Manage and mentor the digital marketing team and agencies, including assigning tasks, setting goals, and providing feedback and guidance. Manage relationships with external digital marketing vendors and contractors, as needed. Create and manage content for the company’s website, social media channels, and other digital platforms. Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently. Work closely with other members of the marketing team, graphic designers, copywriters, and web developers, to ensure that the company’s online presence is consistent with its overall branding and messaging. Collaborate with other departments, to ensure that digital marketing efforts align with broader business objectives. Adjust to consumer trends and new information acquired, anticipate shifting behaviors, and adjust the brand strategy accordingly. Maintain our media presence across all digital channels. Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and incorporating them into the company’s strategy.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing activities. Analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize future strategies. Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials (e.g. brochures, presentations, giveaways). Conduct market research to gather information on competitors and industry trends. Work closely with marketing team members to ensure smooth collaboration and effective communication. Manage relationships with external marketing vendors and suppliers. Manage marketing budgets and track expenses.
Qualification & Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in digital marketing. Experience in life insurance, insurance, financial services are preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Attention to details and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
