Cardoo is now looking for a Marketing Operations Executive with the following responsibilities & requirements.Job Responsibilities:-Lead execution of digital/offline marketing strategies to support business growth-Develop customer journeys based on the designed strategy-Track progress of programs and campaigns, monitor key marketing metrics, evaluate processes and report results to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of programs, campaigns and tools-Oversee and manage all on-ground activities related to marketing campaigns and initiatives, including: coordinating and executing various marketing activities, such as events, promotions, and product launches, and ensuring their successful implementation.-Negotiate with the suppliers on the best prices for the marketing promotion materials, responsible for stock management and budget tracking-Oversee the integration and utilization of marketing technologies-Offline Campaigns Execution & Optimization-Monitor campaigns performance, analyze data, and provide insights to improve ROI.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals-Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are executed within financialJob Requirements:-Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.-1 - 3 years relevant work experience in marketing operations, event management, or communication roles.-Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics is essential. Familiarity with market research, consumer behavior, and digital marketing is beneficial.-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in executing marketing activities, proofreading content, and ensuring brand consistency is essential.-Growth mindset - someone who is not afraid to think big and take on risks.
