Job Description

Job Purpose


We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Marketing Operations Analyst to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in optimizing our marketing campaigns and driving measurable results. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve campaign performance, increase lead quality, and maximize ROI.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising, content marketing).
  • Develop and maintain campaign tracking and measurement frameworks.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost).
  • Develop and implement lead scoring models to prioritize leads based on their potential value.
  • Work with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and qualification processes.
  • Monitor and improve lead nurturing campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates.
  • Manage and maintain the marketing technology stack 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing technology trends and best practices.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline marketing workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Develop and document best practices for marketing operations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Passion for data and a strong desire to learn and grow.

  • Experience with Hubspot administration
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Experience with lead-scoring frameworks
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
