Job Description

Marketing Operations Specialist at CEQUENS, will oversee the end-to-end management of HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing campaigns, improving workflows, and driving actionable insights that support our growth objectives. Your expertise will ensure that our marketing and sales teams can execute efficiently and effectively, aligning with best practices and industry standards.


Main Areas of Responsibility


HubSpot Management: Oversee the daily management and optimization of HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub, including automation workflows, lead scoring, email marketing, campaign tracking, and CRM integration.


Campaign Execution: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop, execute, and monitor multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistency and data-driven approaches.


Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights that inform strategic decisions and enhance lead generation.


Lead Management: Implement lead management practices, including nurturing, segmentation, and routing to sales teams to maximize conversion rates.


Workflow Optimization: Build and manage automation workflows to streamline processes, improve lead qualification, and reduce manual effort.


CRM Integration: Ensure seamless data flow between HubSpot and other integrated platforms, maintaining data integrity and cleanliness.


Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with data privacy regulations and company policies (e.g., GDPR).
