  • Deliver the marketing strategy of Castrol in North Africa.
  • Develop annual marketing plans and marketing roadmap.
  • Manage North Africa marketing investments and ensure they meet strategic goals.
  • Generate key local insights through market research and competitive intelligence and bring them to the wider Castrol Team.
  • Work closely with country distributors to implement marketing programs.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources and evaluate business results for return on investment
  • Work with the Product Portfolio and NPI Team on the region’s product portfolio.
  • Provide direction, coaching, and development to distributor marketing teams in North Africa.
You will need to be successful in:
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (French preferred)
  • Marketing Bachelor's degree in or related subject area (Masters' degree or postgraduate degree desirable)
  • Min. 10 years’ confirmed experience in international FMCG or Marketing led companies
  • Min. 5 years' proven experience in Marketing leadership roles with a track record of working in B2B2C environments
  • Maturity with significant business and social insight – understand the business context as well as the industry trends impacting the region.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate, engage, build relationships with key partners and influence key business partners.
