Role ObjectivesThe Marketing Manager will take a leadership role in building and executing the marketing strategy for Breadfast Supermarket business unit. This role is pivotal in driving growth, enhancing brand positioning, and ensuring alignment with Breadfast’s overarching brand guidelines. The Marketing Manager will lead a high-performing marketing team, manage the budget, and work closely with the commercial team to achieve business objectives.Roles & Responsibilities:Ensure strict adherence to Breadfast’s brand guidelines in all marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand image.Manage marketing campaigns across various channels both online and offline, including digital marketing, social media, influencer partnerships & PR efforts.Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes.Develop, allocate, and oversee the marketing budget to maximize campaign ROI.Monitor budget utilization, ensuring cost-effective execution without compromising quality.Prepare periodic reports on marketing spend and performance to recommend necessary adjustments.Supervise the development and execution of omnichannel campaigns that reflect Breadfast’s brand voice and vision.Review and approve marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards and guidelines.Work closely with the creative team to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.Set clear goals for team members and provide guidance to achieve business objectives.Collaborate with the commercial team to align marketing strategies with business growth goals.Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.Ensure timely reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.Stay updated on industry best practices and apply them to enhance Breadfast marketing strategies.REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 7+ years of experience in strategic marketing roles, with 3+ years managing teams.Proven success in managing marketing budgets and delivering high-impact campaigns.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Expertise in brand management, campaign execution, and digital marketing tools.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.Results-driven with a focus on data-informed decision-making.Experience in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce industries is highly desirable.
