Role Objectives:
As a Marketing Manager at Breadfast you will be responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability. The required caliber will also be focused on achieving brand business objectives in the short and long term.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the marketing team, oversee all aspects of the brand and seek to ensure its future success.
Supervise all activities related to the brand; key source of information within the organization on the brand and on competitive products.
Work closely with all internal departments and external suppliers involved in the product or service.
Establish and maintain brand budgets
Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media and communication tools
Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative and public image
continuously monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace.
Sets, measures and reports performance of all brand marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
Devise innovative growth strategies
Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
Ensures that all brand activities are aligned with the Brand Essence and Vision.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:
Proven experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management
Proven ability to work cross-functionally
Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
Creative thinker and problem solver
Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as project management skills
Strong research and analytical skills
In-depth understanding of the company’s current products and future concepts
A willingness to listen, lead and have a team over self approach.
Budget-management skills and proficiency
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
