Job Description

The DVPE Marketing Lead develops the overall marketing strategy and manage the execution across all channels (digital advertising, offline advertising, campaigns, partnerships, …) to provide insights on predictive behaviors and future trends to develop digital acquisition strategies and campaigns.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:


  • Establish the core pillars for a Marketing function that best fit a digital value proposition and drive activities that foster the brand identity and drive commercial growth.
  • Develop the marketing strategy for the DVPE and specify the marketing budget allocation.
  • Lead a team of digital, offline & marketing specialists and digital analytics specialists.
  • Set matrices for customer acquisition and engagement on digital channels and support target achievement to measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Work with internal teams such as Products team on the Customer Journeys and share customer insights to ensure adhering to the DVP products, segment, tone of voice, channels, … etc.
  • Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports.
  • Leads marketing efforts to engage customers via online (digital), offline, on ground channels.
  • Champions execution and optimization of direct marketing (SMS, Email, push notifications).
  • Manage social media strategy & channel mix, consumer messaging and engagement through social media.
  • Carry out qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.
  • Analyze company data to discover past trends and identify correlations.
  • Manage the communication, contractual, and operational agreements with marketing, PR, advertising agencies, Event Organizers, …etc.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of agencies and strategic SM partners to ensure adherence to SLAs and performance standards.
  • Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.
  • Research the Egyptian market and conduct competitor analysis along with market trends.
  • Work to build a performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution, automation, and optimization.
  • Track KPIs and define measures for action.
