Marketing Head

A fast growing local pharmaceutical company is looking to hire a dynamic innovative Marketing Head to manage the department & contribute in many new launches hence be a main contributor in the business growth!

Key responsibilities:

• Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital and Advertising.
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department, We're looking for a P&L driven caliber!
• Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies & monitor ROI.
• Work on generating e-sales through e-commerce activities & brand activations.
• Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas & market dynamics.
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.

Key requirements:

• +12 years of total experience in Marketing.
• Min. 8 years of people management experience.
• Current &/or previous FMCGs/ Consumer goods hands-on experience within multinational companies is a must.
• Exceptional leadership competency & experience in leading big teams.
• Successful track record in new launches & brand activations.
• E-commerce savvy!
• Fluent English.
• Exceptional communication skills with innovative mindset.
• Rolled-up sleeves marketing guru who's an on-ground executer!
