Receive and analyze design briefs and conceptualize requirements that match communication & business objectives.
Define requirements and develop relevant creative concepts including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos.
Design high-quality static and animated visuals, including marketing deliverables, branding elements, reports, infographics, videos, brochures, posters, and presentations, tailored to the Bank’s communication needs.
Ensure all designs are visually appealing, professional, and aligned with the Bank’s brand identity and communication goals.
Develop engaging motion graphics and animations for various platforms, including social media, internal communications, digital screens, and events.
Innovation and Creativity:
Stay updated on design and motion graphics trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the Bank’s creative outputs.
Propose new design concepts that enhance the effectiveness and visual appeal of various Bank’s communications.
Constantly upgrade technical skills to adapt to new technologies needed to enhance design quality and productivity.
Production Management:
Coordinate with external agencies and production houses to ensure the successful delivery of all marketing material.
Oversee the production process, ensuring final outputs meet quality standards, align with design specifications, and adhere to set brand guidelines and project deadlines.
