Job Description
Our company is seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Communications Manager to lead and execute communication strategies that enhance our brand presence, attract international buyers, and drive engagement across multiple channels. This role is pivotal in ensuring our messaging aligns with our mission to enable Egyptian brands to scale globally while effectively reaching target audiences in the GCC, Southern Europe, and North America.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communications strategy to promote our company’s offerings and USPs to vendors and buyers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, including category testing and buyer persona targeting.
- Create tailored campaigns to engage international buyers, online merchants, wholesalers, and retailers.
2. Brand Development:
- Manage our company brand identity, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all communication channels.
- Craft compelling narratives that highlight our company value proposition for global markets.
- Enhance our company visibility as a trusted platform for cross-border e-commerce.
3. Content Creation & Management:
- Oversee the production of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, blogs, press releases, website content, and social media assets.
- Develop creative content that resonates with diverse buyer personas in different regions.
- Ensure SEO-optimized content to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
4. Public Relations & Events:
- Establish and nurture relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to enhance our company public image.
- Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and product launches to showcase our company products and services in Egypt and abroad.
• Manage crisis communication and maintain a positive brand reputation.
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead a team of marketing and communication professionals to execute campaigns efficiently.
- Work closely with sales, product, and vendor management teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Brand Awareness: Growth in media coverage, social media mentions, and website traffic.
- Campaign ROI: Measured by return on marketing spend (ROMS) and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Digital Engagement: Increased followers, engagement rates, and website session durations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Improvement in NPS and customer satisfaction scores.
- Lead Generation: Growth in qualified leads for international buyers.
