Responsible for gathering and analysing data to provide strategic insights that inform business decisions, marketing strategies, and product development.
• Take the lead in strategic market, competitor and customer analyses for Giza Systems & Subsidiaries businesses and develop market intelligence approaches and tools to the next level.
• Drive market segmentation, identify new business opportunities, and provide deep dives into specific end markets. Be responsible for market sizing, demand forecasts and supply/demand analyses and evaluating our performance in the market.
• Monitor industry news, competitor landscape, market dynamics and trends, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders. Create compelling reports and presentations to communicate intelligence findings to management.
• Support the annual strategy process, new business development and investment projects as well as M&A activities. Initiate and manage own research projects in cross-functional set-up.
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders (e.g., portfolio management, sustainability, marketing, and commercial teams) across different organizational levels (e.g., business unit, business segment, group), including senior management.
• Build and maintain relationships with external market research companies, industry experts and associations, and participate in relevant industry conferences and events.
• Manage internal and external market data, intelligence sources, and vendors to “connect the dots” and enable informed decision-making.
