We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated \_ Market Access Head!

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between Eva Pharma and governmental entities, including UPA, EDA, and others. Manage and lead tender bidding processes, ensuring compliance with government regulations and requirements. Negotiate prices and reimbursement plans with governmental bodies to secure favorable terms for Eva Pharma's products. Ensure all pharmaceutical products adhere to the latest regulations set by governmental authorities. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on government-related processes and regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with governmental representatives to support the company’s strategic goals. Provide guidance and leadership on public sector opportunities, pricing strategies, and market access for pharmaceutical products. Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise the company on potential impacts and adjustments.

Qualifications

A minimum of 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years in a similar role involving governmental relations. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Science is required. Strong knowledge of governmental procurement processes, tender management, and pharmaceutical pricing. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. In-depth understanding of the Egyptian pharmaceutical market and regulatory environment.
