Job Description
Role PurposeSupport the company by ensuring maximum revenue realization of products and services (from signals to cash) through revenue leakage detection and prevention, in addition to identifying unprofitable traffic scenarios and customer behavior supported by analytics.Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership • Reconcile traffic end to end for all streams (voice, SMS, data, video and MMS).• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations based on Control Matrix mapping• Create cases on RA tool for any traffic issues and discrepancies between nodes• Follow up on open cases with technical teams to be resolved without any delay• Communicate any issues that will impact company figures with our stakeholders (decision support, reporting, revenue accounting ....)• Prepare interconnect closing figures to be sent for revenue accounting team for booking• Prepare interconnect closing figures for invoicing issuance with Telecom Egypt• Report incidents impact and quantification (revenue loss and/or revenue prevention)Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience• Good understanding to system flow and landscape.• Excellent stakeholder management.• Big data analytics skills.• Effective communication skills.• Telecom products understanding.• High innovation skills.• Agile Practical Experience.Must have technical / professional qualifications: • A finance/accounting/data management degree.• Good knowledge of accounting principles.• Excellent command of written & verbal English language.• Excellent computer skills including mastering MS office.Vodafone is committed to attracting, developing and retaining the very best people by offering a motivating and inclusive workplace in which talent is truly recognised and rewarded.
