Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as onsite. this means the successful candidate to report to the GM office full time.
The Role:
Responsible for tracking, communicating, and improving shop metrics. He/ She is also responsible for operation sustain and improvement deployment as well as systematic culture improvement initiatives.
Responsible to close any safety gaps related to the assembly process
Develop MOC for any new process / activity & create action plan
Perform effective SOT, Sentinel event reports & develop action plan
Responsible for Quality issues problem solving analysis & reporting
Responsible for developing, introducing concept through ensuring effective implementation BIQ operating statements (PFMEA /PCP)
Attend & Submit requested problem solving One pager
Participate with QE team to close open process gap & submit one pager for the problem closing action plan
Release update Process assembly documents
Manage & evaluate new P/Ns try out & Planned changes
Perform Random Process Audit on the Assembly line to identify /close process understanding & implementation gaps.
Report Justification for any Recorded Downtime related to ME
sustain and improve manufacturing processes
Provide technical assistance for shop issues
Process control plan deployment and continuous statistical process development
Create, Modify and upgrade PFMEA /PCP in all operations
Continuous improvement activities and approaches in shop performance
Support ME GCA score reduction and improve quality
Indirect Process material annual consumption review
Indirect process material contracts review and initiation of renewal process
Fulfill all ME Score card requirements
1 ~ 4 Years of experience.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Automotive engineering.
