Overview of the role


To supervise the People Services team in Egypt, ensuring efficient HR service delivery and high employee satisfaction.


What you will do


  • Leadership & Development: Lead and develop a team of five HR professionals, promoting a culture of accountability.
  • Efficient Service Management: Oversee the delivery of core HR services, such as payroll, benefits administration, employee onboarding, and HRIS management, ensuring a seamless and responsive employee experience.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to local labour laws and company policies, upholding the highest standards in regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Performance Analytics: Regularly analyse and report on HR metrics to monitor team performance, operational efficiency, and employee satisfaction, offering actionable insights for senior management.

Required Skills to be successful


  1. In-depth understanding of HR processes, regional labor laws, and industry best practices.
  2. Proven leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  3. Very good command of Arabic and English language
  4. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities and projects.
  5. Problem solving and analytical skills

What equips you for the role


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR shared services, with demonstrated success in people management.
  • Proficient with computer usage of SAP Success Factors, HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
