POSITION SUMMARY The main purpose of the Key Account Manager is to achieve sales by category by maximizing short- and long-term growth opportunities and build long term relationship with the customers.

Supervisor, mentor & coach subordinates, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and professional development. Develop & maintain strong relationship with our customers to drive business growth. Create & implement strategic sales and promotional plans tailored to the needs of our customers. Ensure implementation of all the terms of Nestle’s Business Development Agreement with our customers. Monitor market trends and competition activities to identify growth opportunities. Work closely with internal stakeholders like supply chain, trade marketing and marketing teams to come up with solutions catered to our customers’ needs. Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare actionable reports. Ensure on time collection and financial reconciliation with our customers. Lead on special projects within channel to enhance efficiencies.
What will make you successful…
A minimum of 4-5 years of sales experience. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any related field. Full proficiency in English language skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
