By leveraging our current scale and supply chain, FBA can provide a low-cost alternative for fulfillment and enable third party selling partners to rapidly grow their business. The FBA Ops team is a critical operational group that is responsible for success of our selling partners by providing innovative solutions for operations, processes, inventory management. The team also coaches selling partners on defects, and manages escalations.
As a manager for the FBA investigation team, you will own the implementation and management of processes for inbound transportation, Fulfillment Center receive, inventory, and reverse logistics problems in order to support a successful Fulfillment by Amazon business. This person will manage FBA investigations and will be responsible for creating metrics that will provide insights into day to day performance while also identifying necessary improvements. The incumbent will be the subject matter expert for all operational initiatives for FBA. You will audit, hold other internal teams accountable through defined metrics, handle escalations, improve processes (e.g., SOPs or automation) and effectively communicate with key stakeholders.
- 4+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 4+ years of team management experience
- 4+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 4+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
