Job Description
Portfolio calcification to identify high risk accounts. Segregate delinquent accounts to identify the allocation strategy to Inhouse and outsource teams. Setting collection monthly target in terms of NPL and Provisions according to year plan & seasonality. Leading the consumer finance business through portfolio analyses to see performance & identify the pain area then take the proper actions. Review call monitoring made by tell-calling team to enhance quality. Review daily productivity for Inhouse team and outsource agencies. Conduct coaching sessions for low performance collectors. Review feedback for all delinquent customers to forecast month end closing. Review customers requests such as clearance letters, liability letters. Review all collection complaints to take the proper corrective action. Manage the legal actions process end to end. Review internal and external expenses and ensure abiding to planned numbers. Written off accounts hitting more than 18 Month according to FRA policy. Manage the blocking / unblocking process for overdue credit limits. Finalize I-Score disputes through I-Score system. Provide risk head with full evaluation for credit programs / policy from collection perspective. Review and amend collection policy, manual, process when needed bases on best practice. This role requires developing a strategic plan to achieve collection targets with strict deadlines.
