About the SAP Internship Experience Program:

What you’ll do:

• Support the Project Management Office execute day-to-day operations
• Maintain up-to-date filing and reference systems, assists in accounting and reporting activities
• Provide administrative support for strategic projects (e.g. Digital Talent VIP Board and Talent Awards)
• Provide support on analytics and reporting of core KPIs
• Manage correspondence and prepares documentation
• Coordinate programs and events for the team as a whole
• Collaborate with various staff and departments to administratively support various projects
• Over time, coordinates and executes cross-units projects and special tasks

• Responsible for delivery of assigned tasks
• Directed in several aspects of their work
• More straightforward tasks are accomplished without assistance
• Provides administrative technical support

Complexity

• Resolves issues with limited complexity within general work direction and clearly defined framework of departmental/ functional guidelines and practices

Experience

• General proficiency with tools and procedures required to accomplish the job
• Experience with automation and advanced Excel funcionaluities

Communication

• Develops collaborative work relationships within own team and within limited scope cross-functional
• Communicates within works assignment clearly, in a way that others can understand
• Communicates relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback within the team

Language

• English-speaking mandatory, additional languages is a plus

About the team:

The Digital customer segment is one of the most important growth engines for SAP – one that has consistently been growing at double digit growth. To capitalize SAP’s market potential, we formed a new Global Digital organization to focus on scaling our reach and support to customers in cross-segment leveraging digital modalities in revamped Digital Hubs around the world.

The SAP Digital Talent Experience is responsible for building a world class, global team that creates consistent customer experiences through aligned practices along the Digital Customer journey, enables and engages digital talent through skills development and shapes Digital culture through Digital Hub location experience, dedicated workforce planning, and employee engagement to create critical mass of SAP Digital talent pipeline.

In this role, you will provide program support to the Digital Talent Experience team. You will be responsible for the overall operation of daily office functions and duties, as well as administrational support in various projects, controlling and reporting activities, and more independent collaboration with other departments.
