Job Summary









We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician with a strong background in both electrical and mechanical systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance and repair, with a focus on electrical systems, mechanical maintenance, and facility upkeep.
This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:


1.    Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and safely.
2.    Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
3.    Handle facility maintenance tasks, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and general building upkeep.
4.    Ensure that all required safety and GMP practices are being always followed while completing the work.
5.    Collaborate with other maintenance team members and departments to address maintenance needs.
6.    Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
7.    Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
8.    Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
9.    Participate on project teams comprised of Engineering, contractors, and vendors to introduce new processes and/or equipment.
10.    Alert the department manager of any unusual occurrences and/or damage that have taken place or may occur.
11.    Follow established company policies and those outlined in the Employee Guidebook.


Qualifications:
1.    Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including wiring, circuits, control systems, and mechanical components.
2.    Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), automation systems, and HVAC systems.
3.    Proficiency in using electrical and mechanical testing and diagnostic tools.
4.    Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
5.    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6.    Strong communication and teamwork skills.
7.    Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
8.    Knowledge of safety regulations and electrical and mechanical codes.
Education:  
-    Diploma in Electrical Engineering from reputable Institute.
Experience:  
-    7+ years of maintenance, repair, and project experience, preferably with FMCG industry experience.
-    SAP Knowledge is an advantage.
Computer skills: 
-    Very Good Working knowledge of MS Office.
