Maintenance Engineer
Maintenance Engineer You as a maintenance Engineer (Open) will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Ramadan City, El-Sharkia, Egypt. You will be responsible for developing and implementing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Responsibilities:
Leading routine inspections and maintenance of plant equipment and systems with the operation team and monitor the performance of the maintenance external service team. Supporting in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Collaborating with other departments to plan and schedule maintenance activities. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory. Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Providing technical support and training to operation staff. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes and equipment performance. Complying with local and global standards, rules, policies, and procedures related to operation, quality and HSE. Ensuring that the area of responsibilities is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical, mechatronics 1-3 years of experience Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in the power products or related industry. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of health, safety and environment regulations.
