Job Description:
You as a maintenance Engineer (Open) will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Ramadan City, El-Sharkia, Egypt. You will be responsible for developing and implementing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Responsibilities:
- Leading routine inspections and maintenance of plant equipment and systems with the operation team and monitor the performance of the maintenance external service team.
- Supporting in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Collaborating with other departments to plan and schedule maintenance activities.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Providing technical support and training to operation staff.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes and equipment performance.
- Complying with local and global standards, rules, policies, and procedures related to operation, quality and HSE.
- Ensuring that the area of responsibilities is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical, mechatronics
- 1-3 years of experience
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in the power products or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety and environment regulations.
