Job Description



OverviewThe role holder will support the local UK maintenance teams to maximise Asset Reliability, Net and True Efficiency (TE) across all production lines by effectively leading, promoting and introducing analytical problem solving techniques to maximise the overall asset effectiveness & continuously improve the availability/reliability of the equipment to manufacture quality products in a safe and cost effective way.

Responsibilities



Facilitate and lead RCFA and FMEA work-sessions with technical local teams. Manage agreed action plans based on the RCFA and FMEA and report compliance to plant LT - RCA Followup Govern documentation and share RCFA & FMEA reports and outcomes to EU network (best practic library / learnings sharing) Support and lead inventory optimisation workshops (criticality, MRP set up etc) Support VSU and EEM process for UK plants (Spare parts and Post project analysis, lessons, governance) Perform criticality analyses to identify required spares and BOM & maintenance type for each asset Optimize Planned Maintenance tasks (source will be RCA, time studies, FMEA) and update plant Maintenance schedules Developing and governing CBM standards – by setup database and govern process and amendments. Facilitate and manage Reliability related project A3 charters (kaizen)

Qualifications



2-3 years experience in Maintenance/Service function of a manufacturing plant, preferable as Reliability Engineer. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) Technical skills demonstrated by a bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Demonstrated ability to interact with data, SAP, Power Apps and BI, or other dashboards and systems working Certification in Facilitating kaizen events or min Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Excel & Office package advanced knowledge mandatory
