Machine Learning Researcher

We are seeking a Machine Learning Researcher to help drive innovation in AI within our platform. This role involves performing advanced research in machine learning, testing various models, and optimizing them through pruning, fine-tuning, and deploying models into production. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of machine learning and will work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the domain expert for machine learning algorithms, particularly in areas related to AI features for mobile performance monitoring
• Experiment with various models to assess their suitability for production use cases
• Prune and fine-tune machine learning models to optimize performance, speed, and resource usage
• Design and execute experiments to compare model effectiveness, scalability, and efficiency
• Deploy machine learning models into production environments, ensuring robustness, scalability, and efficient resource utilization
• Monitor and maintain models post-deployment, ensuring they continue to perform optimally and adjust as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in machine learning and AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field
• 3-4 years of relevant work experience
• Strong experience in machine learning algorithms, model training, and optimization
• Experience with model deployment and monitoring in production environments
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment
• Familiarity using AWS for model deployment and deploying models to mobile devices is a plus
