Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Logistics & QC: Oversee offloading, receiving, and quality control (QC) of incoming shipments, ensuring compliance with company standards and documenting any QC issues.
- Inventory & Warehouse Management: Track and manage packaging materials, conduct cycle counts, and ensure proper item labeling, storage, and space optimization.
- Order Verification & Fulfillment: Receive and verify items from the putaway area after QC checks, ensuring accurate inventory records and proper packaging before dispatch.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to warehouse safety protocols, proper item handling, and operational guidelines, especially during night shift operations.
- Middle Mile Operations: Coordinate the accurate and timely transfer of shipments between hubs, following established logistics procedures.
- Issue Management: Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to order fulfillment, delays, damages, or incorrect deliveries using a ticketing system (e.g., Salesforce).
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the Logistics, Customer Operations, and Reverse Logistics teams to streamline issue resolution and maintain smooth operations.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze operational trends, generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), and escalate critical issues to management.
- Customer Satisfaction: Provide excellent customer service by proactively addressing concerns, managing expectations, and ensuring a seamless logistics experience.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for optimizing logistics workflows, enhancing efficiency, and implementing best practices for order fulfillment and issue resolution.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, e-commerce operations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Additional Information
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
