Role Overview: The Dispatcher & Logistics Coordinator at SRV is responsible for managing the efficient dispatch of goods, coordinating logistics operations, and ensuring timely deliveries. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to handle daily logistics tasks and optimize routes.
Key Responsibilities:
● Schedule and dispatch deliveries based on customer requirements and operational capacity.
● Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
● Monitor and track delivery routes, resolving any delays or issues promptly.
● Optimize delivery routes for cost efficiency and timely service.
● Maintain accurate records of dispatch schedules, delivery times, and logistics performance. ● Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations in logistics activities.
● Collaborate with the supply chain team to forecast demand and plan transportation needs.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, dispatch, or supply chain management.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
●Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
● Proficiency in logistics software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
● Knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics best practices.
Work Conditions:
● Working hours: 9:00 to 5:00
● Days Off: Frida and Saturday
