Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Localization/R&D Manager

What will you do?

•        Select local suppliers in accordance with the ATF 16949 Supplier Selection Process.
•        Conduct and share local parts feasibility studies with OEM suppliers.
•       Budget for local parts supplier projects, including manufacturing processes, quality tools, and logistics.
•       Continuously work on minimizing local content costs.
•       Manage Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PAP) implementation activities.
•       Ensure effective corrective and preventive actions are in place to address local supplier issues.
•       Create and drive improvement plans for local parts suppliers to ensure continuous improvement.
•       Cooperate with Production and Quality Departments to improve processes, assembly operations, and overall shop performance.
•       Create Bills of Materials (BOMs) for all vehicle models.
•       Oversee supplier quality management, ensuring suppliers meet the required quality standards and specifications.
•       Own the R&D scope for localization projects, integrating new technologies and innovations to enhance product quality and performance.

What will you need?

•       Minimum 10 years of experience
•       Minimum 3 years of experience in localization management
•       Bachelor's degree in Engineering
•       Automotive Industry knowledge
•       Proficiency in English languages is a must
•       Training expertise
