You will be responsible for:
1. Livestreamer Recruitment:
(1) Use your persuasive abilities to identify and recruit high-profile livestreamers.
(2) Proactively engage with potential livestreamers, showcasing the benefits of partnering with our platform and how it aligns with their brand and audience.
2. Relationship Management:
(1) Build a strong and long-term relationships with our livestreamers, providing livestream training for them.
(2) Be the main POC for livestreamers, addressing any queries or requests promptly, providing ongoing support and assistance.
(3) Provide professional guidance to livestreamers, enhancing their live content, motivating their diamonds and live activeness.
3. Livestreamer Retention:
(1) Analyze performance data of livestreamers, increasing livestreamers’ retention rate.
(2) Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging livestreaming technologies.
Job Requirements:
1. Familiarity with various livestream and social media platforms and tools is a plus.
2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
4. Proficiency in data analysis to make informed strategic adjustments.
