Job Summary:


We are looking for Live Ops Specialist to join our Marketplace team. You will play a vital role in monitoring marketplace activities, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal performance.


Responsibilities:


  • Confirm and validate orders failing to meet defined criteria, and update necessary information.
  • Analyze Net Fulfillment (NF) reports to identify areas for wholesaler performance improvement and the achievement of MaxAB's targets.
  • Monitor and analyze wholesaler performance, providing recommendations to the sales team for improvement and following up with both sides.
  • Collaborate with the Account Managers team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of orders.
  • Report technical issues to the tech support team and ensure the proper functioning of the marketplace.
  • Maintain daily communication with wholesalers, ensuring order fulfillment within established SLAs.
  • Generate daily operational performance reports and conduct performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the Account Managers team to address operational issues raised by customers, developing and implementing solutions to improve operations, increase efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience preferably in FMCG
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with wholesalers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of marketplace operations and e-commerce is an advantage.
