Job Description

  • Oversee the performance of lawyers to ensure effective performance and collaboration
  • Develop and implement strategies for managing legal claims, disputes, and prioritizing legal actions
  • Represent the company in court and before legal authorities, attending hearings and public prosecutor investigations as needed
  • Review and approve legal documents, including pleadings and memoranda prepared by sector supervisors
  • Provide legal opinions and advice to relevant departments, and draft response letters to external entities
  • Work with the legal team to gather necessary reports and collateral documents for legal actions against defaulting clients
  • Prepare monthly litigation reports for different sectors, including labor and financing cases
  • Support various departments with legal action requests, assigning tasks to appropriate supervisors and attorneys as necessary
