Have wider exposure across functions, to gain experience of the full project cycle from different sides of the business, be it project, specification, quote support, and design team looking at new project opportunities and sales prospects.
Maintain close customer contact through frequent and productive visits
Manage customers offer performance
Support the sales organization, internal and external, in the development or validation of Deal/Special Price Agreement/Promotion conditions/Project Quote ensuring completeness, accuracy, and delivering to requester in a time.
Assess and validate the potential application of our products to meet the desired lighting solution
Understand how the role lighting plays in enhancing spaces
Know how to achieve desired light effects / levels with products in our portfolio
Build strong relationship with key customer contacts
Support sales plan management including phase in-phase out and promotion alignment
Colloborate with relevant Key Account Managers and cross-functional Signify Account Team
Hold a B.SC degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or relevant field
Strong customer focus and ability to identify, understand and act on customer needs.
Solid knowledge Technology/Software & Connectivity domains, lighting applications and solutions is an advantage.
Fluent in English & Arabic languages
