Job Description

  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance on various matters, including contracts, compliance, disputes, and regulatory issues.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support decision-making, ensuring that all advice is based on current laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as contracts, agreements, policies, and terms of service.
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations, helping to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
  • Assist in resolving disputes, whether through negotiation, mediation, or legal proceedings, to protect the organization's interests.
  • Stay updated on legal trends and changes in legislation that may impact the organization and proactively advise on necessary adjustments.
  • Support the development and implementation of internal policies to ensure legal compliance across all departments.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel when specialized expertise is required, ensuring that all legal matters are handled effectively.
  • Provide training and updates to management and staff on relevant legal issues to ensure understanding and compliance with legal obligations.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for any legal queries or concerns within the organization.

Skills
