Role Overview: As a Leasing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the leasing operations at Reptile Solutions. Your focus will be on assisting in managing leasing portfolios, ensuring smooth tenant relations, and contributing to the overall leasing strategy to achieve our occupancy and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in developing and implementing leasing strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue for Reptile’s commercial properties.
- Support in managing leasing portfolios, including tenant relations and contract negotiations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective tenants to ensure long-term occupancy and satisfaction.
- Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Assist in lease renewals and negotiations to secure favorable terms and maximize revenue.
- Track leasing activities, tenant interactions, and relevant metrics using CRM systems.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Focus on Hospitality and Commercial Real Estate preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in the Commercial and Leasing industry.
- Experience in leasing portfolio management, contract negotiations, and tenant relations.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate leasing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and leasing software.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
