Job Description
Responsibilities, Duties, and Tasks:
- Develop and implement L&D strategies and programs that align with business objectives.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with stakeholders to identify development priorities.
- Design and deliver training programs using various learning methods, including e-learning, workshops, and coaching.
- Formulates training policies, programs, and schedules, based on knowledge of identified training needs, company operations processes, business systems, or changes in services.
- Apply instructional design principles to create engaging learning materials (manuals, presentations, e-learning modules).
- Implement evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the end-to-end operations of training programs, including system booking, financial processing, and reporting.
- Monitor and analyze training quality, feedback, and success metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Provide training statistics and recommend improvements with an action plan.
- Track L&D budgets, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with third-party training providers.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external training partners.
- Establish communication channels to ensure satisfaction in L&D service delivery.
- Identify potential risks or challenges and escalate issues as needed.
- Design and implement internship programs (Grow, Undergraduates, and Apprenticeship).
- Manage pre-internship requirements, program structure, progress tracking, and effectiveness evaluation.
- Support leadership and talent development initiatives to build future-ready employees.
- Stay updated with the latest learning trends, technologies, and instructional methodologies.
- Recommend and implement automation, digital learning solutions, and innovative approaches.
- Ensure continuous improvement in learning strategies and engagement.
Qualifications & Skills Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with e-learning platforms and automation tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for innovation, digital transformation, and technology-driven learning.
