-To develop organization level learning needs analysis and continually assess development initiatives in order to ensure the effectiveness of the program, alignment with RR strategic vision and ongoing updates.
-Identify employee training needs analysis through efficiency gap analysis and reports Preparation of the annual operational training plan for restaurants.
-Preparation of training plans for employees according to job requirements and learning analysis
-Delivering training programs relevant to the operations needs to ensure brand standards are implemented on the ground
-Conduct post training assessment to continuously improve the quality of training and ensuring its optimum impact on operational performance
-Maintaining the training materials updates, making the recommended improvements and supervisor the training courses implementation
-Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other learning and development materials.
-Development of control over the training and performance results methods.
-Acting as the onboarding champion for all new hires through supervising the onboarding process end to end across Raya Restaurants.
