- Oversee the learning budget and optimize resources to maximize learning outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions, ensuring participant engagement and achievement of learning objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and outcomes.
