As a Learning & Development Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying training needs, designing comprehensive learning programs, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and skill enhancement across the organization.

  • Formulate and manage a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with organizational goals and enhances employee capabilities.

  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure learning initiatives align with specific departmental requirements.
  • Oversee the learning budget and optimize resources to maximize learning outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions, ensuring participant engagement and achievement of learning objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and outcomes.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and encourage employees to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.
