InVitro Capital is seeking an experienced Lead Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You’ll take the lead in shaping the visual identities of InVitro Capital and its portfolio companies, delivering designs across digital and print platforms. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone.
Lead Graphic Designer, Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various media, including digital, print, and motion graphics.
- Lead the design for complex projects such as website sections, banners, and event booths, ensuring that all deliverables are on-brand and meet the required specifications.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design assets into digital platforms.
- Manage multiple brand identities simultaneously, ensuring each maintains its unique voice while adhering to overall brand guidelines.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in design processes, push projects forward, and ensure timely delivery, even under tight deadlines.
- Handle design tasks across platforms, adapting designs for different brand aesthetics and needs.
- Engage in creative sessions to brainstorm, innovate, and present fresh ideas for design projects.
- Guide the team through a step-by-step design production process, from sketching and concept creation to final delivery, ensuring projects are 90% complete before final review.
- Maintain and uphold the brand's standards across all visual elements, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all audiences.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating them into your work to keep designs fresh and innovative.
