Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation to identify and engage potential clients. The ideal candidate will be adept at researching and generating high-quality leads that align with our Human Capital Management (HCM) services. You will collaborate to ensure a consistent flow of qualified prospects, driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients within the technology and engineering industries. Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and digital marketing. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with our ideal client profile. Maintain and update lead databases using CRM tools. Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to nurture relationships. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales pipeline. Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation.

Qualifications



Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably within the technology or engineering sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools. Experience in email marketing and automation tools. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Analytical mindset to track and improve lead conversion rates. Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising is a plus.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in lead generation or a similar role. Experience in B2B lead generation is a plus.
