Lead Field Engineer

Your future role



Take on a new challenge and apply your solution-oriented expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, knowledgeable teammates. You'll lead field installation activities, setting a standard for excellence and precision in your role. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, safety, quality assurance), collaborate with your team to prepare and review essential installation documents, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
Liaising with engineering and supplier teams to define necessary inputs for system installation and testing.
Creating and managing PICO test reports, KPIs, and IRNs.
Monitoring and resolving NCRs in a timely manner.
Guaranteeing adherence to the TRD by Suppliers/Subcontractors.
Enforcing local site rules and maintaining effective working relationships with all stakeholders.

Degree in Engineering.
Experience or understanding of installation within rail projects.
Knowledge of installation means and methods.
Familiarity with EHS requirements.
Ability to work on Day and/or Night shift depending on site progress and needs.
