Purpose of the Job



Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance the employee experience and strengthen employees connection to the Orange brand.

Duties and Responsibilities



Coordinate multimedia initiatives to promote Orange Egypt as an employer of choice Organize and execute employee engagement events, ensuring proper reach to all remote locations/teams Support end-to-end projects to improve key touchpoints of the employee journey, from hire to fire Research industry trends and recommend new ideas and digital tools to enhance employee engagement and experience Assist the Employer Brand team in managing Oranges online presence on social media platforms Develop content for internal communications, such as announcements and newsletters, to keep employees informed and engaged Contribute to the design and delivery of employee engagement programs to foster retention and reinforce company culture Collaborate with various stakeholders to support the employee engagement agenda Propose and implement creative ideas to engage employees and enhance their connection to the Orange brand Support the planning and execution of internal HR events and initiatives Contribute to the departments annual planning exercise

Job Specification



Education



BA in Journalism & Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, Literature, Language or equivalent.

Experience



1-2 years experience in corporate communications, marketing, media or similar fields. Previous experience in managing publications and/or event planning is preferred.

Skills and abilities



Solid writing skills (English & Arabic)
Strong communication skills with the ability to turn complex concepts into simple, clear messages
Sharp eye for detail, good knowledge of all MS Office applications
Creative and out-of-the box thinking
Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
Dynamic and energetic personality, can work well with diverse teams.
Awareness of the latest trends in the communications field and knowledge of the Egyptian culture/audience in specific, with strong ability to adapt global best practices to the Egyptian corporate culture.
Design and photography skills are a plus.
