Lead Auditor

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead Auditor leads BVC Audits
2. Lead Auditor takes decision as necessary during audits.
3. To recommend to the Technical Manager/ Certification Manager for initial certification, maintaining of certification, recertification, suspension, withdrawal or reduction of the scope of certification.
4. Lead Trainer must conduct CQI-IRCA course using participative and accelerated learning techniques
5. Lead Trainer should use current course material to conduct the course
6. Lead Trainer should be fully familiar with the course contents and Trainer notes/ manual
7. Lead Trainer must take the overall leadership for the entire course and own accountability
8. Lead Trainer to maintain trainer qualification, update status of CPD, Peer-review & conduct regular courses as per BVC requirements
9. Lead Trainer must be fully aware of delegate registration process and ensure implementation
10. Lead Trainer must be fully conversant about various BV Formats to be used for course records, delegate evaluation etc. and implement them properly.
11. To comply with all the QHSSE rules/regulations of BV as well as Client. 12. Carries out task independently with periodic supervision
AUTHORITIES
1. Authority for Stop Work if the Situation is Unsafe.
2. Bureau Veritas Certification Lead Auditors/ Trainers have delegated authority for the control and performance of onsite audit or training activities, including any planning and review, and the control of other members of audit/ training teams.
3. Lead Auditors are authorized to lead Bureau Veritas Certification Audits and to take those decisions as necessary during Audits
4. Lead Trainers to carry out the marking of CQI-IRCA examination papers and calibrate the markings of new marker
5. Lead Trainers to provide overall feedback of the course materials and course delivery to the BVC office and escalate to respective BVC office about any potential/ actual non-conformity that might impact the delivery of course as per CQI-IRCA requirements.
DESIRED QUALIFICATION
& EXPERIENCE
1. Graduate/ Diploma Engineer
2. Multi-skilled on 2 or more schemes as Lead Auditor i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27000, ISO 22000 or OHSAS 18001 with minimum 5 years of Industry and 3 years of Third Party Audit experience OR Qualified on any basic QHSE scheme as Lead Auditor and at least one less complex international scheme where external exam is required to qualify, such as BRC, IFS, ISO 20000, GMP with minimum 5 years of Industry and 3 years of Third Party Audit experience OR Lead Trainer in at least one standard with minimum of 5 years of Industry and 3 years of Third Party Auditor experience OR GHG Level 2: 3 to 5 years job related experience before joining B
DESIRED SKILLS
1. Good Communication Skills, both in the written and oral form
2. Be fully conversant with the CER MS requirements related to CQI-IRCA Training/ BV Certification Audits.
3. Should be presentable and be a team worker
4. Ability to analyse and judge
