Language Associate

Join a team of subject matter experts, language experts, linguists, and AI engineers working closely with the largest tech companies in the world at the forefront of GenAI innovation. You will be an integral member of a global team shaping a high-quality, user-centric AI knowledge model that will be the foundation for an entire next generation of technology user experiences.

An ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills in Arabic and C1* on English, know (and care deeply about) nuances in language use.

Responsibilities:

• Creating training data sets for AI models that will help improve its accuracy, fluency, coherence, and/or voice
• Annotating data to help AI models align with human values
• Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers, to refine and iterate on the AI models.
• Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes.
• Navigating a dynamic environment and adapting to shifting guidelines and flexible priorities.
• Achieve target KPIs, including daily job count, average handle time per job, and specified production hours
