Labor Engagement Specialist” to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Implement strategies to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while maintaining a harmonious workplace. Monitor trends in labor relations, resolve conflicts, and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with PO and management teams to align labor engagement initiatives with company goals and objectives. Stay updated on changes in labor laws and industry practices to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.

Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in personnel and payroll. High communication, time management, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in personnel and payroll systems. Relevant degree or certification. Fluency in spoken and written English language
