As the L&D Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and overseeing our organization's learning and development initiatives. Job Description

Main Duties.


  • Develop and execute comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals and employee needs
  • Conduct training needs assessments and design tailored learning solutions for various departments and levels
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring high-quality and engaging learning experiences
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans
  • Implement and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) to track employee training progress and completion
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of L&D initiatives and report on their impact
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve our programs
  • Mentor and support a team of trainers, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality training across the organization
  • Manage the L&D budget and resources efficiently to maximize the impact of our learning initiatives
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in L&D leadership roles, with a proven track record of developing successful training programs
  • In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to influence and motivate others, with a passion for employee development
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
  • Familiarity with performance management processes and talent development strategies
