Overview of the role: Support the manager to fulfil the development of production, the IKEA Restaurant, co-worker restaurant, Swedish Food Market, IKEA Bistro and IKEA Café.
What you will need:
Customers
Ensure a welcoming experience, aligned with IKEA values, to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Gather feedback, take action, and maintain knowledge of store services to assist customers. Respond promptly to customer needs and encourage the same from colleagues.
Commercial
Support business and action plans, ensuring an attractive and well-displayed food offer. Maintain strong product knowledge, secure availability of key items, and contribute to marketing efforts. Optimize productivity through commercial activities and cost-effective range changes.
People
Ensure co-workers understand the IKEA Concept and its impact on their roles. Lead by example, coach colleagues, and foster an inclusive workplace culture. Communicate effectively and collaborate across teams.
Business & Operations
Drive store performance, meet goals, and promote cost-conscious work practices. Uphold safety and quality standards, reporting incidents and fostering a proactive safety culture. Ensure proper staffing, prevent bottlenecks, and implement daily operational routines.
What you will need:
Proven experience in a vibrant retail environment. Experience in customer service and team supervision. Familiarity with KPI-driven action plans. Knowledge of the IKEA Concept, including vision, culture, and values. Prefrred IKEA sales experience and merchandising knowledge.
