SRV is seeking a
Key Accounts Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients, ensuring their satisfaction and business growth. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for key accounts, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account management strategies to strengthen relationships with key B2B clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Understand client business objectives and provide tailored solutions to support their growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling SRV’s services within existing accounts.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize value for both the client and SRV.
- Monitor client satisfaction, resolve issues proactively, and ensure long-term retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer success, marketing) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to provide strategic insights for business development.
- Prepare reports on account performance, revenue growth, and key success metrics.
Requirements:- Experience: 5+ years in B2B Key Account Management, Client Relations, or Business Development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in B2B service industries, understanding of consultative sales, and strategic account planning.
- Personality: Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple high-value clients effectively.
Location: Greek Campus, Downtown.
Working Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM
Days: Sunday to Thursday
