Job Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Sales Representative at Swemoc. The role is located in Cairo, Egypt, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Key Account Sales Representative will be responsible for daily sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, and achieving sales targets.


Key Resposibilities:

  • Retail operations and marketing coordination:

1. Communicate the message between the MASAR marketing department and the retailer's assigned department.

2. Coordinate and follow-up on digital campaigns.

3. Seasonal Campaigns: Overseas promotional themes

4. Customer education: organize training or webinars.

5. Manage retailer warehouse stocks, branch distribution, and live stocks. Pick-up and delivery.

6. Invoices, billing, and money collection-related tasks.

7. Secure Retailer official documents and data

  • Sales Analysis and Demand Forecasting:

1. Analyze sales data per account and branch.

2: Spotting Trends: Detect seasonal sales patterns.

3: Forecasting Demand: Predict future product demand using historical data.

4: Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and refine promotional performance.


Qualifications

  • Sales experience, Customer Relationship Management, and Account Management skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
  • Experience with sales CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
